Hannah's professional background is primarily within the construction sector, where she has supported small and medium-sized businesses across NSW with strategic planning, marketing, business development, and operational improvement. More recently, she has become involved in the agricultural sector through supporting her partner's business, Glenalbyn Santa Gertrudis, a registered cattle stud. This experience has provided valuable firsthand exposure to the agricultural industry, strengthening her understanding of regional communities, primary production, and the important role agriculture plays in Australia's economy.
Hannah brings strong capabilities in governance, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision support. She is passionate about working alongside small business owners to build sustainable, resilient businesses and has a particular interest in organisations that contribute to agricultural productivity, responsible land management, and the long-term success of regional Australia. She is also participating in the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation's National Mentoring Initiative, further developing her leadership and governance skills within a regional context.
