Ted is a Pasture Agronomist working on sown pastures in the Queensland Department of Primary Industries based in Toowoomba. He has 30 years of industry experience in grazing, pastures, soils, land management and conservation. Ted currently leads the extension component for Southern Queensland in the Queensland Pasture Resilience Program.

Since pasture dieback began impacting major areas of southern Queensland in 2023, Ted and the QDPI team have delivered over 30 field days, presentations and webinars on pasture dieback to an audience approaching 1000 attendees.
