Director and Clinical Psychologist / Boundless Psychology

Malinda Guest is a Clinical Psychologist and Director of Boundless Psychology, with extensive experience across public and private health settings supporting a wide range of mental health conditions.

Recognising the power of effective communication, Malinda created Let’s Talk TACTICS - a preventative, structured communication framework. TACTICS equips individuals, workplaces, and communities with practical tools for meaningful conversations, particularly around difficult issues. Unlike one-off initiatives, TACTICS has been successfully implemented in diverse contexts, locally and nationally, demonstrating relevance across personal, professional, and community settings. Participants, from individuals to leaders, consistently report it is practical, easy to use, and confidence-building.

Trained in evidence-based therapies including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and the Gottman Method, Malinda combines clinical expertise with a tailored approach to focus on workability in real life settings. She is a Board-Director, Board-Approved Supervisor, a member of several APS committees, a mentor with the Country Education Foundation, and provides supervision and teaching at the University of New England.
